SPECIALIZATION

At the "Kinematika" Polyclinic for Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, clinical foot examinations and computerized gait analysis are performed.

For children and teenagers, computerized analysis is used to measure deviations from the physiological findings expected for their age, and to determine whether there is a need for corrective orthotic insoles.

For adults, when indicated, offloading orthotic insoles are used. Computer-designed orthotic insoles can also be used preventively – for example, in athletes or individuals who spend long hours standing at work. They are also used in the treatment of various foot deformities, conditions, and injuries, either on their own or in combination with other treatment measures – such as physical therapy or surgical intervention.

We also offer a range of foot orthoses (hallux valgus correctors, toe separators, straightening devices for curled toes), as well as specialized slippers designed to be worn with orthotic insoles. Clinical examinations are performed by a physician in our outpatient clinic.

After a clinical examination and computerized gait analysis, custom computer‑generated orthotic insoles are manufactured using a CAD/CAM system.

During the renovation of the Health Center Centar building at Laginjina 16, examinations and orthopedic insole fittings are conducted at the following location: Šubićeva 12, ground floor.
